Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of shared services, tools, deployment patterns, and operational practices for the AI foundation.
  • •Set quarterly technical priorities balancing user needs with foundational investments for future products and workflows.
  • •Drive clear decisions across reliability, security, observability, cost, and developer experience to make AI easier and safer to operate.
  • •Coordinate partners across product engineering, data, security, and platform teams to resolve dependencies before they slow delivery.
  • •Coach engineers through complex designs and delivery tradeoffs, and keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,200 - 240,000

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as a software engineer.
  • •1+ years leading software teams or major technical initiatives.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead team-level technical delivery and make sound decisions in partially defined problem spaces.
  • •Deep experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS and Terraform, plus modern DevOps practices.
  • •Strong understanding of AI/LLM application and platform patterns, including operational and security implications.
