Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next within the Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles so customers can see them in Carvana’s spinners.
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Work the scheduled first shift and be able to complete mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
