Sales Support Associate II

Deliver a great customer experience at the cash wrap and on a well-maintained sales floor. Welcome clients, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance while operating POS accurately. Support brand presence in-store and locally, suggest add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted. Receive and organize shipments, maintain stockroom cleanliness, manage stock levels, replenish the floor, and execute visual merchandising updates while following Loss Prevention guidelines.
