Key Responsibilities

  • •Technical Leadership & Compliance: Design approval of submittals, designs, and drawings across automation, electrical, MCC/VFDs, and I&C systems, and enforce standards (IEC, NEC, ATEX, ISO, API).
  • •Expert Guidance: Provide SME-level guidance on PLC/SCADA, RTUs, MCC panels, motor control circuits, VFD programming/integration, field instrumentation, and power distribution.
  • •On‑Site Execution & Testing: Oversee electrical installations, MCC/VFD wiring, load distribution, system integration, and lead FAT/SAT testing and commissioning.
  • •Risk & QA/QC: Proactively mitigate risks to protect schedule and ensure QA/QC adherence to plans.
  • •Stakeholder & Documentation Management: Lead technical meetings with customers, consultants, OEMs, and subcontractors; manage deliverables, drawings, and commissioning documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
  • •8–12+ years of progressive experience in electrical, automation, MCC/VFD systems, and instrumentation execution.
  • •Experience in high‑compliance sectors such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Industrial Automation, or Infrastructure.
  • •Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary field teams and delivering complex projects under tight timelines.
  • •Strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA, RTUs, MCC panels, motor control, VFD configuration/troubleshooting, and panel integration.
