Job Summary

Lead project delivery across multiple sectors within the PMCM (Project, Commercial & Programme Management) team, coordinating multidisciplinary professionals to manage scope, cost, schedule and risk on infrastructure projects in the UK. You will work with client project managers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure NEC4/ECC contract management and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead project delivery with multi-discipline teams from concept to completion.
•Collaborate with Client Project managers and lead where necessary to ensure successful delivery, governance, and reporting.
•Manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk using structured methodologies and NEC4/ECC contract management.
•Engage stakeholders, negotiate with clients, and maintain lasting client relationships.
•Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery, health and safety, quality, and environmental aspects.

Key Requirements

•Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience of managing diverse, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and programmes.
•Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
•Commercial acumen, including expertise in financial discipline and NEC4/ECC contract management (accreditation or significant experience preferred).
•Proficiency in risk, change, and commercial management, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
•Ability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, demanding environments, fostering collaboration and high performance.
