•Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for lead management and distribution, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
•Translate customer and market insights into actionable product initiatives and features, maintaining the voice of the customer in decision-making.
•Define and track core business metrics (lead volume, quality, conversion, ROI) and use data to validate hypotheses and measure success.
•Drive end-to-end product delivery with engineering and design, ensuring clear success criteria, readiness, and measurable outcomes.
•Collaborate across marketing, client success, sales, and finance to plan GTM launches, onboarding, and monetization strategies.
