Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, prepare, and operate CNC-controlled edge bending machines and die pressing equipment (LVD)
  • •Program, call up, optimize, and correct CNC bending programs
  • •Machine different types of bending parts for single runs or small batches based on drawing specifications
  • •Perform quality inspections with requirement-based test equipment and check parts for completeness and correctness
  • •Report production volume and record finished piece counts in SAP, and maintain/clean the machines

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as a metal specialist (e.g., industrial mechanic, machine and plant operator, machining/turning specialist) or equivalent expertise
  • •Professional experience with edge bending using CNC bending machines and die pressing
  • •Independent, precise work according to drawings and bill of materials
  • •Ability to quickly grasp tasks and carefully execute orders
  • •Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift operation, with good German skills (spoken and written)
