Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the ARP strategy by aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions and decommissioning roadmaps with D&IM teams.
  • •Manage end-to-end project governance (quality, schedule, P&L) and arbitrate resources/risks while executing the Make-or-Buy strategy.
  • •Implement SAP Activate methodology and enforce strict SAP Standard compliance via Design Authority governance.
  • •Align senior cross-functional stakeholders across departments (1xx, Oxx, Dxx) and lead organizational change management.
  • •Apply BPRO process (Security-by-Design) and leverage AI and data analytics to optimize ERP workflows.

  • •Mastery of LBIP, Agile project management frameworks, and the SAP Activate methodology.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in change management, resisting customization, and aligning senior stakeholders in matrix organizations.
  • •Strong technical acumen to leverage emerging technologies (AI, data analytics) to optimize ERP processes.
  • •Advanced/fluent level in English and French in a transnational environment.
