Lead Airbus’s ERP S/4HANA deployment as part of the ARP program, orchestrating pilot phases across multiple sites and transitioning 100% of impacted scope to a unified system. Own end-to-end project governance (quality, schedule, P&L), resource/risk arbitration, and the Make-or-Buy strategy. Implement SAP Activate methodology, enforce SAP Standard compliance through Design Authority governance, and drive cross-functional change management while optimizing ERP workflows using AI and data analytics.
