Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in marketing/media experimentation with direct design/QA ownership and incrementality vendor partnership (e.g., Haus, Measured).
  • •Strong command of causal inference in media, including RCT, geo, difference-in-differences, and platform holdouts, with the ability to evaluate vendor assumptions.
  • •Familiarity with power analysis and key failure modes such as leakage and seasonality, including experience stopping or redesigning under-powered tests.
  • •Platform experience with Google/Meta/TikTok incrementality and at least one CTV/device environment (e.g., Roku, Samsung, Vizio).
  • •Fluency in SQL and Excel, plus strong communication and project-management capability in a matrixed environment.
