Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to develop and grow client partnerships through AI innovation.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert on AI, software, cloud, and data technologies to define tailored solutions delivering measurable business impact.
  • •Lead discovery and pre-sales engagements, crafting proposals, RFP responses, and pitches communicating AI and technology capabilities.
  • •Develop proof-of-concepts and reference architectures, translating client objectives into solution roadmaps with software, data, AI, design, and engineering teams.
  • •Support early-stage project delivery transition from pre-sales to execution and help shape the AI practice through innovation and shared best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, ideally in consulting, pre-sales, or account development within technology or digital services.
  • •Hands-on experience with solution architecture, software architecture, cloud platforms, and AI native software engineering practices.
  • •Experience leading pre-sales, discovery, and solution design discussions.
  • •Working proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • •Experience with Generative AI technologies, including foundation models and techniques such as RAG, agents, and evaluation to ensure efficacy.
