Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery across a Banking and Finance portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, P&L management, and quality.
  • •Ensure project governance, risk management, and escalation processes are in place, and continuously improve delivery methodologies.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, providing advisory insights and conducting business reviews to maintain satisfaction.
  • •Provide management consulting and solutioning for Banking and Finance clients, including digital transformation and Data & AI initiatives.
  • •Lead sales activities (solution design, proposals, presentations, RFP responses), drive upsell/cross-sell, and support whitespace identification.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years of experience in IT services / management consulting, including 10+ years in a leadership role.
  • •Proven track record managing a large-scale portfolio (over $10–15M USD) in Banking and Finance with Data & AI service offerings.
  • •Experience leading large teams across multiple locations.
  • •Strong expertise in Banking and Finance, stakeholder management, and delivery.
  • •Experience supporting sales and business development, including client engagements and RFP/proposal work.
