Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain in-depth working knowledge of branch products and services and apply them to operational procedures and efficiencies.
  • •Research and clear cash item entries and entries on other internal accounts.
  • •Interact with Financial Centers regarding operational and risk functions supported by Retail Operations.
  • •Perform risk-based transactions on behalf of the banking center, including fraud charge offs/recoveries and overdraft reviews.
  • •Coordinate and process compliance/documentation exceptions and other operational maintenance tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Retail Banking Center or Operational Research experience (two years minimum preferred).
  • •Knowledge of retail policies, procedures, and products.
  • •Demonstrated ability to resolve operational issues.
  • •Strong communication skills and proficiency with Word and Excel, plus working knowledge of internal banking center systems.
