Key Responsibilities

•Provide coaching, support, training, and direction to Maintenance Technicians and lead by example.
•Act as the point of contact for day-to-day maintenance issues and ensure preventative maintenance is completed properly.
•Conduct shift turnover communication to Group Lead and other Team Leads and complete required shift documentation checklists.
•Complete maintenance work in a clean, orderly manner, maintain tools/areas, and order replacement parts and equipment as needed.
•Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild plant machinery and equipment, including injection molding machines, using schematics, manuals, and PLC/VFD-related knowledge.
