Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the product development process from early development through commercialization via prototypes, line presentation samples, and Brand Activation samples.
  • •Support special technique executions (printing, laser, emboss) and special product development requirements.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams and factories on leather/material/components/hardware and ensure samples use correct materials meeting quality standards.
  • •Enforce product quality by checking samples before sending to New York, identifying potential risks, and helping set up testing and trials.
  • •Lead handover meetings and update necessary reports by specified deadlines; visit SPs to cross-check sample execution correctness.

Key Requirements

  • •1 or 2 years of product development experience in handbags, wallets, or accessories (branded experience preferred), or top fresh graduate students welcome.
  • •Strong understanding of bag/fashion accessories making process, including familiarity with fabric and leather.
  • •Ability to work independently on design requirements and follow up effectively.
  • •Good communication, negotiation, cooperation, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficiency in English.
