  • •Make, repair, and diagnose dies, punches, and other tooling/parts.
  • •Work with the team to assess priorities and execute work for internal customers’ needs.
  • •Participate in preventative maintenance work involving dies, punches, and precision tasks.
  • •Review drawings/pictures or physical parts and build/make parts from provided information.
  • •Prioritize work based on CMMS work orders and direct assignments, and report problems to the Production Supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Five (5) years of experience in tool and die shop operations.
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Ability to interpret prints and make parts; heat treat/draw back material; and use precision tools.
