Job Summary

Drive APAC partner growth by building and managing strategic partner relationships across APAC, developing joint value propositions and regional co-sell motions with hyperscalers, ISVs, CCaaS/CX platforms, GSIs, telcos, and regional system integrators. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to establish Deepgram as a leading Voice AI platform in the region and expand the partner ecosystem across ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India, and Greater China.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage strategic partner relationships across APAC
•Develop joint value propositions, GTM plans, and regional co-sell motions tailored to local market dynamics
•Establish Deepgram as a strategic Voice AI partner across key ecosystems in the region
•Generate and accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across APAC markets
•Identify, develop, and close new partner-driven opportunities across ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India, and Greater China

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 145,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in business development, partnerships, alliance management, or enterprise sales within the technology industry.
•Experience driving revenue through strategic partnerships and co-sell motions across APAC markets.
•Strong understanding of APAC business dynamics and experience operating across multiple regions including ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India, and/or Greater China.
•Experience partnering with cloud providers, ISVs, GSIs, telcos, CCaaS/CX platforms, or regional system integrators.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
