Key Responsibilities

•Identify, build, and implement Host lifecycle strategies and campaigns across email, push, onsite, and in-app notifications to increase activation and engagement.
•Run a testing and learning agenda through extensive experimentation and user data analysis, scaling successful strategies through automation.
•Translate business goals into delivery requirements including data needs, segmentation logic, and dynamic content requirements.
•Own comprehensive KPI reporting and dashboarding, articulating results to stakeholders and across the business.
•Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Creative to build roadmaps, manage campaign workflows, and drive Host Engagement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,000 - 163,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced environment with a track record managing large-scale B2C automated lifecycle programs.
•Deep understanding of CRM strategy, marketing technology architecture, and relational databases, with experience partnering with Production and Engineering teams.
•Exceptional project management skills collaborating across teams from Engineering to Design within an evolving org structure.
•Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including high proficiency in Excel and reporting tools like Tableau; intermediate SQL preferred.
•Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and progressive experience.
