Job Summary

Lead store operations and help drive sales, customer satisfaction, and financial growth by supporting the store management team. Recruit, interview, train, and coach employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies. Oversee cash handling, inventory control, and store opening/closing procedures, stepping in when the Store Manager or Associate Store Manager is unavailable. Maintain store standards and resolve elevated consumer concerns.

•Partner with the Store Manager on store business strategies, communicate goals, and track performance against sales and individual targets.
•Lead hiring, interviews, training, and ongoing performance management; deliver feedback and help manage minor employee relations issues.
•Ensure compliance with store policies, and manage operational results including payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control.
•Execute store visual standards, and supervise store opening/closing procedures including register and deposit processes and facility security.
•Create a high-energy store experience by coaching associates on sales training and resolving elevated consumer concerns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•Ability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
•Must have reliable transportation.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
