Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with Standards and Regulatory requirements related to Quality, Claims and Customer Protection.
•Ensure timely Complaints Management and Quality Assurance in defined scope.
•Foster Specialty Lines LOB-Organization as oneTeam by enabling global mechanisms for Quality Management, tools, reporting, governance in line with an organization of ~1000 employees in Operations.
•Provide robust guidelines and guarantees execution in Learning & Development to align with Specialty Lines Operations and Allianz Partners strategic goals; participate in training need collection and content development.
•Supports experts in Operational Risks such as Leakage controls, Fraud Prevention, Detection and Management; AI Readiness in an environment shaped by AI, ML, data analytics and cloud-based tools.

Key Requirements

•Quality and Data certification recommended.
•Experience in business Operations, quality & support processes in large organizations.
•Warranty experience if applying externally.
•Proficiency in Excel and other telephony tools.
•Fluent English and / or any other EU language desirable.
