Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer

Own process improvement for paper manufacturing, driving continuous control improvements that increase productivity, reduce scrap, and enhance quality and the work environment. Lead manufacturing control strategy and annual process-improvement planning, analyze production trends, and manage capital authorization requests and capital projects. Apply Six Sigma and Total Quality Management, support process improvement teams, run mill audits, and manage engineering changes and control plans while coordinating with quality, maintenance, and customers.
