Key Responsibilities

  • •Coaching and guiding one or more Use Case teams to master agile/delivery principles within a pragmatic Scrum framework.
  • •Monitor and drive key delivery indicators, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Organize and facilitate scoping of new Use Cases and relevant workshops following CortAIx Factory scoping methodology.
  • •Support the Product Owner in backlog management and roadmap planning using relevant tools and techniques.
  • •Track Use Case progress, manage the roadmap and value delivered, monitor risks, and formalize reporting and alerts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years experience supporting agile software teams
  • •Proven ability to coach and mature agile and product practices to deliver value
  • •Pragmatic delivery focus with emphasis on why and measurable objectives
  • •Rigorous delivery tracking and willingness to take responsibility
  • •Strong facilitation and communication skills, with ability to work in English (written and spoken)
