Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee creation, maintenance, and implementation of cybersecurity policies, plans, standards, and procedures for protecting systems and sensitive information.
  • •Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and ISSO artifacts aligned with NIST, FISMA, and DoD requirements, ensuring documentation stays accurate and inspection-ready.
  • •Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, compliance reviews, and manage remediation tracking and closure of Plan of Action and Milestones.
  • •Direct enterprise ACAS scanning operations and provide actionable reporting across multiple enclaves; advise on security controls, compliance strategies, and risk mitigation approaches.
  • •Coordinate internal and external audits and support monitoring, investigation, response, and reporting of security incidents, including training and guidance to technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TOP SECRET with SCI clearance (required).
  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience (or 15+ years in lieu of a degree).
  • •IAM Level III certification required (e.g., CGRC, Security X/CASP+ CE, CISSP, CISM).
  • •Strong understanding of NIST, FISMA, DoD, and organizational cybersecurity frameworks.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining SSPs and other RMF documentation.
