Sales & Service Manager - Aventura

The Sales & Service Manager leads the store’s Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drives sales and guest engagement, and partners with the General Manager to implement the store’s business strategy. Responsibilities include optimizing in-store operations, coaching staff, maintaining partnerships with customers, and aligning the Sales & Service model with ALO’s brand principles to improve performance and guest relationships.
