•Proven experience leading end-to-end automation initiatives from opportunity identification through design, implementation, and optimization.
•Experience with automation platforms and tools, including workflow orchestration, RPA, or low-code/no-code solutions.
•Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enabled solutions (e.g., generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning-assisted workflows) to real business problems.
