Counter Sales Representative

Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in and phone customers at the sales center, greeting customers and uncovering their needs. Recommend product solutions, upsell options, and complimentary items to help customers grow their businesses, while preparing sales orders and assisting with loading. Collaborate with teammates and use company resources to deliver a great customer experience, resolve complaints, and support warehouse duties through receiving and shipping.
