Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze seller performance, FBT adoption, and operational metrics; prepare reports/dashboards and actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • •Support daily FMCG merchant operations using FBT, including responding to enquiries, coordinating cross-functionally, troubleshooting fulfillment issues, and following up on shipments, inventory, billing, and cases.
  • •Collect and synthesize merchant feedback to identify recurring pain points and operational gaps; support root-cause analysis and document business requirements.
  • •Work with internal stakeholders to drive product and process improvements that enhance the merchant experience.
  • •Identify high-potential sellers for FBT adoption, support merchant pitching with business materials, and participate in merchant meetings to understand needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above (Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related fields preferred).
  • •Available for a full-time internship.
  • •Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace with solid Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables and basic formulas).
  • •Experience or familiarity with supply chain/logistics, project coordination, or systems testing (preferred), including tools like Pearl/Jira/ServiceNow and frameworks like RACI/critical path tracking (preferred).
