Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage domestic and international flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and serve as the office point of contact for employee travel.
  • •Book and manage group accommodation (outage and non-outage) and coordinate certain third-party services personnel.
  • •Liaise with Planning and other internal stakeholders to align travels with mobilization and outage requirements.
  • •Compare and approve travel options, track travel budgets by department/outage, and review flight/hotel/transport invoices before payment.
  • •Maintain dashboards, internal travel procedures, and ensure Travel Desk understands current travel restrictions, policies, and country-specific vaccine requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in a travel booking-related role.
  • •IATA Certification in Travel & Tourism.
  • •3+ years of experience in a corporate or TMC (Travel Management Company) environment.
  • •Familiarity with at least one GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
  • •Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
