Job Summary

Lead a multidisciplinary Integrated Product Team for the AMRAAM D4/C9 All-Up-Round and Guidance Section on the AIM-120 variant program. Own coordination and technical oversight across engineering disciplines, manage program capabilities/backlog and an integrated roadmap, and serve as Cost Account Manager for planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. Integrate contractual and customer requirements, manage technical risks and debt, and ensure EVMS and systems engineering compliance while operating in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a multidisciplinary IPT for design, development, and integration of Guidance Section hardware and associated engineering test equipment for AIM 120 D4/C9 variant implementation.
•Serve as Cost Account Manager for assigned control accounts, ensuring planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and variance analysis.
•Define and prioritize program capabilities/backlog and develop/maintain an integrated roadmap aligned to program milestones and cross-functional dependencies.
•Interpret and incorporate contractual and customer requirements into IPT planning and technical execution, supporting cohesive system integration with system architects and product owners.
•Manage technical debt and program risks, participate in Agile Release Train events, and ensure compliance with EVMS, verification/validation, quality standards, and safety policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in Program Management or large IPT execution.
•Experience with EVMS/IMP/IMS and Risk & Opportunity Management, including EVMS certification.
•Experience managing budget and schedule, including Estimate at Complete (EAC), financial performance reporting, Budget Change Requests (BCR), and Basis of Estimate (BOE).
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance required before start date, and U.S. citizenship required.
