Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams of mechanics and electricians in predictive/preventative maintenance and machine repairs.
  • •Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; develop and implement maintenance systems (prevention/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, safety).
  • •Support day-to-day troubleshooting, problem analysis, and equipment failure resolution; monitor KPIs and provide status reports.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and maintain accurate records and inventory.
  • •Assume responsibility for completing or delegating required tasks and responsibilities in the absence of key personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process/project.
  • •Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting efforts related to high-level process issues.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; may require working long hours and weekends.
