Senior Cost Manager

Serve as the key day-to-day interface for clients, delivering value-added cost management across construction projects. Lead estimating and cost planning through design milestones, coordinate with design services and contractors, reconcile changes, and manage cost impact, contingency, valuations, and cost reporting. Provide commercial input to value engineering sessions and negotiations to drive fair contract prices, while mentoring talent and supporting SOX controls where applicable.
