Armed Detention Officer

Provide armed security in a detention facility, supporting detainee processing, safeguarding, escort, and transport. Maintain surveillance and control to enforce facility rules and preserve order. Conduct security checks and vehicle inspections, manage equipment and restraints, and complete accurate transportation and processing log entries. Support detainees’ custody and physical well-being, including during hearings, medical care, and 24-hour housing activities, while following safety and detention policies.
