Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and validate what teams will achieve during each Product Increment (PI).
  • •Turn business/operational needs into user stories and collaborate with the development team to implement and validate them per the Definition of Done.
  • •Lead Lean-Agile deployment, break silos, and ensure development fits the overall Portfolio framework vision.
  • •Support Skywise processes by bridging guidance with daily practices driven by business objectives.
  • •Contribute to development team performance and transition effectively between functional and technical domains (position open for multiple teams).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a Product Owner (or equivalent).
  • •Engineer or Master degree in software engineering or aeronautics (or commensurate experience).
  • •Solid aviation industry experience, notably Flight Operations and associated digital solutions.
  • •Experience with SAFe.
  • •Working experience on Agile project management tools (Agility/VersionOne, Jira, etc).
