Key Responsibilities

•Lead the enablement team and function (~50%), setting priorities and sequencing for the team; own stakeholder interface with product owners and geo leads; coach practitioners and maintain quality standards; define and track enablement KPIs and scale the function across Geos.
•Create and deliver content (~50%), produce value narratives, pitch decks, sales playbooks, talk tracks, and demo scripts; translate complex technical content into commercial language; lead live enablement sessions and launch sprints; run Geo ramp-up to transfer knowledge to the field.
•Own cross-geo enablement deployments, coordinating with x-BL/GBLs and Geo Technology Leads to ensure alignment.
•Maintain high stakeholder credibility through influence, upfront judgment, and execution discipline; monitor offer-readiness and close gaps early.
•Drive adoption and measurable impact, accelerating revenue growth through faster geo ramp-up and higher field adoption.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years in sales enablement, GTM readiness, offer management or product marketing in B2B technology services, including leading others.
•Previous Sales / Customer facing roles experience, understanding what Sales requires to be successful.
•Proven track record in building sales playbooks, training content and toolkits that field teams are using.
•Experience running multi-stakeholder, cross-geography enablement deployments.
•Direct experience turning technical offer content into commercially usable field material.
