Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture).
  • •Lead and influence the team, delegate tasks clearly, develop short- and long-term strategies, and manage scheduling and calendar planning.
  • •Train and develop associates through roleplay and coaching, provide feedback, and help drive recruiting, succession planning, and bench strength.
  • •Manage store operations and compliance including schedule, timecards, payroll, inventory readiness, and monitoring shipments, transfers, and price changes.
  • •Ensure visual merchandising standards and enforce an excellent in-store client experience using client books, thank-you cards, and event strategies.
