Sales & Service Lead - Seaport

Drive and coach store profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work, manage inventory accuracy and shrink, and investigate root causes for issues. Oversee key operations such as shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management while championing visual standards and safe stockroom processes.
