Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and plant systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and inspections for safe, reliable operation of equipment and utilities
  • •Respond to emergency repairs to minimize downtime
  • •Install, modify, fabricate, and relocate machinery and facility systems using multi-craft maintenance skills
  • •Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical documentation; document work and maintain maintenance records while following EHS and GMP requirements

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of maintenance technician experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • •Strong PLC experience with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, SLC-500, and PLC-5
  • •Experience with VFDs, servo systems, instrumentation, and 480 VAC power distribution
  • •Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform preventive maintenance, including ISO calibration requirements
  • •Skilled in using hand, power, and diagnostic tools and able to read electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals
