Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Generate sales and deliver customer service at its best at the front counter and drive-thru.
•Provide visual cues and maintain a clean, inviting dining and exterior environment, including housekeeping support.
•Follow Always Fresh procedures to ensure coffee and products are fresh and accurate.
•Prepare products according to training and instructional materials, using the order monitor to ensure accuracy.
•Perform cashiering and maintain checkout areas, including receiving payments and issuing receipts/refunds/changes, while following health and safety procedures.

Key Requirements

•Provide friendly, attentive guest service with strong product knowledge.
•Follow order procedures to ensure accuracy of every order for every guest.
•Maintain guest experience standards, including prompt greetings within 5 seconds and adherence to S.E.T. principles.
•Comply with sanitation guidelines, proper hand washing, and store policies and procedures.
•Work safely in line with occupational health and safety legislation and report incidents properly.
