Key Requirements

  • •2–8 years as a board certified Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic medicine (DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or similar advanced clinical role with direct patient care and clinical decision-making.
  • •Experience working in an interdisciplinary team in outpatient or specialty settings, especially around medication access, prior authorization, or therapy initiation.
  • •Strong written and oral communication that translates clinical complexity into logic understandable by non-clinical teams.
  • •Comfort and/or strong interest collaborating with product, engineering, data science, and commercial teams to build new technologies.
  • •Strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work through unfamiliar and ambiguous problems.
