Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the (sub)regional strategy and own the vision and end-to-end roadmap for your product area, identifying market-specific opportunities across EMEA and translating them into a strategy.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, commercial, finance, operational, and partnerships teams to build scalable payment infrastructure and ensure merchant experiences are seamless.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution through the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and goal setting to go-to-market and adoption—and ensure launches are measurable and impactful.
  • •Act as the central node between engineering, commercial teams, and customers to balance immediate merchant needs with long-term value.
  • •Be the voice of the customer, identifying friction points in the payment lifecycle and developing solutions to help merchants win in European markets.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in payments or fintech, with a track record of identifying merchant pain points and translating them into regional strategy.
  • •Data-driven decision-maker, comfortable analyzing complex datasets to validate hypotheses, measure product success, and inform roadmaps.
  • •Experience creating go-to-market strategies and driving product adoption to ensure commercially viable technical innovations.
  • •Strong ability to collaborate with deeply technical teams and provide business context to translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps.
  • •Experience unlocking regional market opportunities across EMEA and managing local payment method optimizations and regulatory-driven innovations.
