Job Summary

Drive full-cycle new client acquisition for Replit’s agentic natural-language software creation platform. Serve as the primary prospect/customer contact, guide buyers through the journey, and deliver compelling product demonstrations (including non-engineering hackathons). Collaborate with product and engineering for technical accuracy, prepare quotes, negotiate deals, and maintain CRM/forecasting data in Hubspot while gathering customer feedback and expanding adoption.

Key Requirements

•Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
•Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
•Hands-on experience with full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing and managing existing customers.
•Proficiency with CRM/sales tools (e.g., Hubspot) and ability to learn and articulate new technologies; AI/ML interest is a plus.
