Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and delivery of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, grounding, and lightning protection.
  • •Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • •Develop electrical designs for projects from small developments to large, complex international engagements.
  • •Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, mechanical, technology, and specialist disciplines and make technical decisions throughout project phases.
  • •Plan and manage design activities, resources, budgets, and schedules; mentor junior/intermediate engineers; support multidisciplinary reviews, client meetings, and construction-phase technical clarifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Electrical Specialization), or a related discipline.
  • •Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in electrical design consultancy, engineering, or construction projects.
  • •Proven experience designing MV/LV electrical installations for buildings and infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience with international electrical codes and standards, with North American standards/codes such as NFPA and NEC highly valued.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
