Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform VIN and descriptive data entry in the AS400 system and maintain vehicle files and title documentation.
  • •Maintain account relationships, communicate with internal departments and respond to customer inquiries related to vehicles.
  • •Verify vehicle eligibility, investigate transmission errors, and reconcile consignment inventory with customer reconciliation reports.
  • •Coordinate transportation and transportation charges, and prepare sale vehicle run processes including reconciling ordered work/repairs.
  • •Prepare and update sale/inventory reports and conduct post-sale invoicing support as needed while following safety procedures.
