Job Summary

Own punch-list raising and clearing by developing and systemizing the completions database and coordinating walkdowns, check sheets, and handover dossier inputs for a fast-track oil & gas project in Southern Iraq. Guide EPC contractors on completions issues, maintain ICAPS-based pre-commissioning/commissioning workflows, oversee progress reporting tools, and deliver weekly punch-list closure forecasts while supporting commissioning and start-up activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and set up the completions database with systemization, including punch-list raising and clearing.
•Coordinate walkdowns, allocation, and closure of check sheets A, B, and C; coordinate with stakeholders to produce handover dossiers.
•Provide guidance to the EPC contractor and help resolve completions issues to meet project objectives and milestones.
•Support completion activities including ICAPS pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up, ensuring the ICAPS network is available.
•Track and report pre-commissioning/commissioning activities and the status of completion dossiers ready for commissioning, including weekly punch-list closure forecasts and schedule slip risks.

Key Requirements

•Over 20 years of experience in Oil and Gas projects, including at least 3 years in a similar position during project work.
•Relevant site experience in an onshore field and 10 years as a Commissioning Manager.
•Experience as a Production Manager, Site Manager, or equivalent to meet field operations aspects.
•Knowledge of TOTAL rules and specifications.
•Knowledge of OPERCOM and ICAPS, plus Crystal Reports and SQL Server installation; good communication skills and English fluency.
