Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee day-to-day technical operations of HR systems for Pandora North America, including SuccessFactors and UltiPro/UKG.
  • •Ensure HR data integrity, security, and adherence to the Pandora North America corporate structure within SuccessFactors and UltiPro.
  • •Manage and generate reports/queries, writing, maintaining, and supporting ad-hoc and routine reports using Cognos Analytics, SuccessFactors reporting, and MS Excel.
  • •Partner with the Global People Technology team on projects and process improvements, including upgrades, testing, documentation, and training for new functionality.
  • •Manage audits and vendor data integrations, perform system maintenance, and conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for HR initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of HRIS administration and configuration, with 4+ years of people management preferred.
  • •Strong experience with HRIS platforms including Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) – UltiPro and SAP SuccessFactors, with technical capability on system functionality.
  • •Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R; experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI or Tableau.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical ability with excellent attention to detail for data integrity and governance.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects in a highly matrixed organization and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
