Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement operational excellence and lean manufacturing standards at Crystal BU level, consolidating efficiencies and best practices across regions.
  • •Lead a network of Regional Operational Excellence Managers and start-up resources, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective initiatives.
  • •Oversee start-up management activities and resources to enable vertical start-up of new projects and innovations.
  • •Drive regional execution on the shop floor with manufacturing teams: identify operational challenges, coordinate launches, and foster continuous improvement culture.
  • •Own manufacturing strategic plans and targets, run annual loss and waste exercises, and monitor/report performance while delivering 3–5% YoY productivity improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with a track record in lean/continuous improvement, start-up management, strategic planning, loss & waste management, and multi-site/cross-functional leadership.
  • •Deep expertise in lean manufacturing principles (TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and the ability to deploy standards consistently across regions and sites.
  • •Experience leading vertical start-ups of new production lines, innovations, or plant integrations from concept to steady-state.
  • •Ability to own and co-build Manufacturing Strategic Plans aligned with broader business objectives, including productivity targets.
  • •Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or similar (business/management qualification is an added plus).
