Key Responsibilities

•Use user interviews and data analysis to understand the content ecosystem and set medium- to long-term goals for the Japanese market.
•Identify and leverage trending topics to expand authentic, high-quality UGC and help build a vibrant UGC community.
•Develop targeted strategies for creators and KOLs, nurturing flagship creators who serve as brand representatives for Lemon8.
•Collaborate with Product, User Growth, and Marketing teams using buzz content, integrated marketing, and advertising operations to drive growth, awareness, and reputation.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of professional experience in creator strategy, content operations, or marketing strategy in the content platform or social media industry.
•At least 3 years of team management experience leading a team of content operations specialists or similar roles.
•Highly sensitive to content trends with strong understanding of Japanese social media operations and app growth methodologies.
•Strategic thinker with strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to develop data- and insight-based strategies.
•Business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
