  • •3–5 years of hands-on experience in reliability engineering, quality, or test engineering for optical components or transceivers.
  • •Deep understanding of optical transceiver architectures and optical/semiconductor component reliability, including FIT calculation and module qualification standards such as GR-468_Core.
  • •Familiarity with reliability standards including Telcordia GR-468, GR-1221, and IEEE 802.3.
