Key Responsibilities

  • •Define shared data models, terminology, governance, lineage, and integration patterns for federal grants and financial data.
  • •Collaborate with pilot agencies and multidisciplinary technical teams through iterative development and user testing.
  • •Produce clear documentation supporting government operation, maintenance, transition, and future expansion.
  • •Support secure, scalable integration of structured and unstructured data and traceable AI-assisted analytics.
  • •Follow federal security, privacy, accessibility, records-management, and government data-ownership requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing enterprise data architectures, canonical models, metadata, and shared vocabularies.
  • •Integration experience across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from multiple authoritative systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of data governance, lineage, quality, retention, stewardship, access, and auditability.
  • •Experience defining scalable database, API, ingestion, and interoperability patterns for federal or regulated environments.
  • •Familiarity with Linux, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server, Java or .NET, Jenkins, Azure DevOps (self-hosted), Kubernetes/Rancher, and open-source AI models.
