Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day traffic engineering production, assigning tasks and maintaining schedule and quality to deliver traffic analysis, forecasting, safety studies, traffic simulations, and conceptual designs.
•Perform detailed QA/QC reviews of deliverables prior to submittals.
•Support the development of technical approaches on projects.
•Ensure compliance with GDOT standards and requirements.
•Develop and track scope, schedule, and budget; proactively identify and communicate risks or issues to the PM.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related discipline.
•8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Georgia or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
•Experience with GDOT standards, regulations, and guidelines, including MUTCD and traffic analysis software.
•Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers; ability to coordinate with clients and subconsultants.
