Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive digital project strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and clients’ strategic objectives.
  • •Establish the roadmap for digital platforms, including PMIS, CDE, BIM integration, cost and schedule systems, dashboards and data governance.
  • •Translate business requirements into system design specifications and functional configuration.
  • •Lead the selection, implementation and configuration of digital control systems (e.g. PMIS, cost management tools, scheduling platforms, CDEs).
  • •Configure system modules including workflows, WBS, CBS, integrated project controls, governance and stage gate processes and user permissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10+ years of experience in delivering complex digital projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM related subjects, e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science.
  • •Strong knowledge of project controls processes including cost management, scheduling, risk, change control, governance and reporting.
  • •Hands-on configuration experience with PMIS or digital control platforms (e.g. Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, CEMAR, SAP PS, Power BI, etc.).
  • •Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
